July vacation photos
Hello everyone. I am sorry for the lack of posting, I was been very sick as of late and unable to stay on the computer much.
I wanted to share something non scrapbook related, as my site is called “n more”, but I have been so focused on scrapbooking materials as of late. Enjoy.

Sketch #28 and 29
I am back from my fabulous vacation. I have developed a new liking of fishing, who knew? Sometimes you need to try some things you didn’t like when you where younger, and see how they fit with you now.
I have not had time to go through all my photos to share, so here are a few sketches for you.

Paper storage
Let’s explore some paper storage options for those large scrapbook papers. No one system will suit everyone, so I suggest taking a look at your scrapbook style before investing in expensive paper storage.
Professional Style shelving

This is usually the most expensive option for paper storage; however, many people have gotten some good deals at scrapbooking stores that are closing or downsizing and selling their storage.
Cube Style

This is a cheap method of storage I was able to find that was still convenient in terms of seeing the paper and accessing it easily. This is the actual picture of my storage cubes, which where purchased at Costco for less than 20$ and put together using their attachments and zip ties. The cubes can be found at a large variety of stores like Walmart, Zellers and Target. I suggest placing cardboard over top of the shelves so the paper does not get stuck and bend as you take the whole stack in and out.
Mobile File Cart
Just zoom it around the room as you desire! Great for a scrapper with limited space, or for those with a large room when they want to move it around. The one pictured is found at staples here.
Vertical Storage with Cropper Hopper
Store your papers vertically with Cropper Hopper. These make it easy to sort by manufacturer, color, or type of paper, by labelling the front–efficient scrap booking!
Cereal Boxes
The cheapest storage method is free of course. Save your cereal boxes, cut them across the top and you’ll have great storage for your 8×11” papers or magazines! Unfortunately I have not found any big enough for 8×12 papers, but I have heard pizza boxes work well, and many pizza places may give them out if you ask (before any pizza is put into them, of course!)
Here is a great link at Craft critique where they decorated a cereal box for magazines.
Crates
Crates are usually fairly inexpensive and are a good size for scrapbook papers. This is a good alternative if you like the vertical look, but don’t want to pay extra for a more expensive system. The one pictured an be found here at Staples.
Clothes rack
I found this neat idea on Craft Gossip Scrapbooking. I think that you would need a sturdy rod due to the weight, so this is probably best for people with a closet in their room. This can also be utilized for other storage as well. You would need to find a good size of course–the article indicates IKEA seems to have one that would work well.
